Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lad recepcyjnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Zestaw zawiera cztery podstawowe moduly, z których kazdy stanowi oddzielna odmiane wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiono w materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem aksonometrycznym pierwszej odmiany wzoru, fig. 2 widokiem aksonometrycznym pierwsze drugiej odmiany wzoru, a fig. 3 jest widokiem aksonometrycznym trzeciej odmiany wzoru, natomiast fig. 4 jest widokiem aksonometrycznym czwartej odmiany wzoru. Zestawienie poszczególnych modulów pozwala na swobodne wygrodzenie wybranej czesci powierzchni uzytkowej recepcji, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 5, 6 i 7 sa fotografiami przykladów polaczen róznych modulów. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its elements. The set contains four basic modules, each of which constitutes a separate variant of the industrial design. The industrial design is presented in illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is an axonometric view of the first variant of the design, Fig. 2 is an axonometric view of the first variant of the second variant of the design, Fig. 3 is an axonometric view of the third variant of the design, and Fig. 4 is an axonometric view of the fourth variant of the design. The arrangement of individual modules allows for the free partitioning of a selected part of the usable reception area, as shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Figs. 5, 6, and 7 are photographs of examples of combinations of various modules. The counter, according to the first variant of the industrial design, has a load-bearing structure consisting of a vertical front wall connected at its ends to the side walls. The upper edges of the front wall and the side walls are covered by the surface of the upper shelf, while above the upper shelf, the counter has a transparent tabletop. At the front of the counter, the side walls, the upper shelf, the tabletop, and the cover extend beyond the surface of the front wall. The side edges and the bottom edge of the cover are offset from the parallel edges of the front wall. In the central section, rod supports extend from the surface of the cover, running parallel to its horizontal edges. The surfaces of the cover and the front wall are laterally segmented cylinders.
