Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazany na fig. 1-4 ma ksztalt monolitycznej bryly skorupowej utworzonej z dwóch symetrycznie usytuowanych wzgledem siebie elementów prostopadlosciennych o podstawach kwadratowych. Element górny o wiekszej dlugosci i szerokosci oraz mniejszej wysokosci od elementu dolnego w poziomej górnej scianie posiada wyjecie kwadratowe, a w powstalym dnie przy kazdej z bocznych scian ma szczeliny podluzne usytuowane symetrycznie parami naprzeciw siebie, przy czym w wyjeciu tym umieszczona jest plytka kwadratowa, której powierzchnia zewnetrzna zlicowana jest z powierzchniami górnymi bocznych scian kwadratowego elementu górnego. Z kolei z wewnetrznej powierzchni dna elementu górnego wystaje pionowo i symetrycznie usytuowany wspomniany dolny element w ksztalcie tulejki o kwadratowym przekroju poprzecznym, przy czym naroza górnego oraz dolnego elementu polaczone sa z soba zebrami, natomiast w pionowej osi symetrii tych elementów oraz wewnatrz dolnego tulejkowego kwadratowego elementu znajduje sie tulejka cylindryczna, której tworzaca i dwie przeciwlegle sobie sciany boczne tego elementu polaczone sa pionowymi zebrami usytuowanymi naprzeciw siebie.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na rysunku fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt monolitycznej bryly skorupowej utworzonej z dwóch symetrycznie usytuowanych wzgledem siebie elementów prostopadlosciennych o podstawach kwadratowych; - element górny o wiekszej dlugosci i szerokosci oraz niniejszej wysokosci od elementu dolnego w poziomej górnej scianie posiada wyjecie kwadratowe, a w powstalym dnie przy kazdej z bocznych scian ma szczeliny podluzne usytuowane symetrycznie parami naprzeciw siebie, przy czym w wyjeciu tym umieszczona jest plytka kwadratowa, której powierzchnia zewnetrzna zlicowana jest z powierzchniami górnymi bocznych scian kwadratowego elementu górnego; - z wewnetrznej powierzchni dna elementu górnego wystaje pionowo i symetrycznie usytuowany wspomniany dolny element w ksztalcie tulejki o kwadratowym przekroju poprzecznym, przy czym naroza górnego oraz dolnego elementu polaczone sa z soba zebrami, natomiast w pionowej osi symetrii tych elementów oraz wewnatrz dolnego tulejkowego kwadratowego elementu znajduje sie tulejka cylindryczna, której tworzaca i dwie przeciwlegle sobie sciany boczne tego elementu polaczone sa pionowymi zebrami usytuowanymi naprzeciw siebie.Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig .4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle used as a fitting for doors, drawers, and doors. The novelty and originality of the industrial design are evident in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a top view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a vertical cross-section along line A-A. The furniture handle according to the industrial design shown in Figs. 1-4 has the shape of a monolithic shell-shaped solid composed of two symmetrically arranged cuboid elements with square bases. The upper element, which is longer and wider and lower in height than the lower element, has a square opening in the horizontal upper wall, and in the resulting bottom at each of the side walls it has longitudinal slots located symmetrically in pairs opposite each other, wherein a square plate is placed in the opening, the outer surface of which is flush with the upper surfaces of the side walls of the square upper element. In turn, from the inner surface of the bottom of the upper element, the above-mentioned lower element in the shape of a sleeve with a square cross-section protrudes vertically and symmetrically, wherein the corners of the upper and lower elements are connected with each other by ribs, while in the vertical axis of symmetry of these elements and inside the lower square sleeve-like element, there is a cylindrical sleeve, the generatrix of which and two opposite side walls of this element are connected by vertical ribs located opposite each other. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in fig. 1-4 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a monolithic shell-shaped solid made of two symmetrically arranged cuboid elements with square bases; - the upper element, longer and wider than the lower element and lower in height than the lower element, has a square opening in its horizontal upper wall, and in the resulting bottom at each of the side walls it has longitudinal slots arranged symmetrically in pairs opposite each other, wherein a square plate is placed in this opening, the outer surface of which is flush with the upper surfaces of the side walls of the square upper element; - from the inner surface of the bottom of the upper element protrudes vertically and symmetrically the said lower element in the shape of a sleeve with a square cross-section, wherein the corners of the upper and lower elements are connected by ribs, while in the vertical axis of symmetry of these elements and inside the lower square sleeve-like element there is a cylindrical sleeve, the generatrix of which and two opposite side walls of this element are connected by vertical ribs arranged opposite each other.
