Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nózka meblowa wytwarzana z tworzywa sztucznego stosowana do mebli twardych i tapicerowanych w tym do mebli pokojowych, kuchennych, dzieciecych oraz do mebli biurowych i sklepowych. Jest stosowana i znana ze zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego nr Wp 575 dwuczesciowa nózka meblowa zlozona z obsady na która jest nasadzana nózka stanowiaca podparcie mebla. Obsada nózki jest wykonana w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z dwoma otworami usytuowanymi w dnie poprzez które obsada jest przykrecona do mebla. Na obsade poprzez otwór jest nasadzana druga czesc stanowiaca nózke meblowa, uformowana w postaci graniastoslupa zawierajacego kwadratowa podstawe a w górnej czesci kwadratowy otwór oraz wszystkie boczne scianki graniastoslupa uformowane jednakowo w ksztalcie trapezów. Wewnatrz nózki w górnej czesci przy dwóch sciankach sa uformowane po cztery jednakowe klinowate wystepy zakleszczajace nózke po nasadzeniu na obsade przykrecona do mebla. Nózka meblowa wedlug zastrzeganego wzoru przemyslowego ma obsade w postaci otwartego pudelka w którego dnie sa wykonane cztery otwory polozone przy sciankach poprzez które obsada jest zamocowana do mebla. Na obsade jest nasadzana druga czesc w postaci otwartego pudelka stanowiacego nózke meblowa uformowana z dwóch scianek prostokatnych i dwóch scianek trapezowych oraz z prostokatnego dna i prostokatnego otworu poprzez który nózka jest nasadzana na obsade. Przy jednej sciance prostokatnej skosnie polozonej wzgledem prostokatnego dna, wewnatrz nózki jest uformowanych piecwystepów w ksztalcie klinów zakleszczajacych nózke po nasadzeniu na obsade zamocowana do mebla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia obsade z nózka w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - nózke w przekroju wzdluz linii A-A i fig. 3 - nózke w widoku z przodu. Obsada nózki 1 jest uformowana z tworzywa sztucznego w postaci otwartego pudelka w którego dnie la sa wykonane cztery otwory lb poprzez które obsada 1 jest zamocowana do mebla. Na obsade 1 jest nasadzona nózka 2 w postaci otwartego pudelka uformowanego z tworzywa sztucznego, zawierajaca prostokatne scianki 2a, 2c i scianki trapezowe 2b, 2d polaczone krótszymi podstawami z prostokatnym dnem 2e. Wewnatrz nózki przy prostokatnej sciance la jest uformowanych piec wystepów lf w ksztalcie klinów zakleszczajacych nózke 2 na obsadzie 1. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nózka meblowa jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego, majaca obsade uformowana w postaci otwartego pudelka z czterema otworami w dnie, na która jest nasadzana nózka w postaci otwartego pudelka uformowanego z dwóch scianek prostokatnych i dwóch scianek trapezowych, które krótszymi podstawami sa polaczone z dnem prostokatnym, natomiast w otworze prostokatnym przy jednej sciance prostokatnej jest uformowanych piec wystepów w ksztalcie klinów zakleszczajacych nózke na obsadzie zamocowanej poprzez cztery otwory do mebla.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture leg made of plastic, used for hardwood and upholstered furniture, including living room furniture, kitchen furniture, children's furniture, office furniture, and shop furniture. This two-part furniture leg is known from industrial design application no. Wp 575. It consists of a base onto which the leg is placed, providing support for the furniture. The base is made in the shape of a cuboid with two holes located in the bottom, through which the base is screwed to the furniture. A second part, the furniture leg, is placed on the base through the hole. It is formed as a prism with a square base and a square hole in the upper part, and all the side walls of the prism are formed in the shape of identical trapezoids. Inside the leg, two walls each have four identical wedge-shaped protrusions at the top that secure the leg when placed on a mounting bolted to the furniture. The furniture leg, according to the claimed industrial design, has a mounting in the form of an open box, the bottom of which has four holes located near the walls, through which the mounting is attached to the furniture. The mounting is then followed by a second part, an open box, constituting a furniture leg formed from two rectangular walls and two trapezoidal walls, a rectangular bottom, and a rectangular hole through which the leg is placed on the mounting. With one rectangular wall positioned diagonally relative to the rectangular bottom, the leg has five wedge-shaped projections molded inside it, which grip the leg after being placed on the fixture attached to the furniture. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the fixture with the leg in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the leg in cross-section along line A-A, and Fig. 3 shows the leg in a front view. The leg fixture 1 is molded from plastic in the form of an open box, the bottom la of which has four holes lb through which the fixture 1 is attached to the furniture. On the holder 1 there is mounted a leg 2 in the form of an open box formed of plastic, containing rectangular walls 2a, 2c and trapezoidal walls 2b, 2d connected by shorter bases to a rectangular bottom 2e. Inside the leg, at the rectangular wall la, there are five wedge-shaped projections lf that clamp the leg 2 on the mounting 1. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture leg is made of plastic, having a mounting in the form of an open box with four holes in the bottom, on which a leg is placed in the form of an open box formed of two rectangular walls and two trapezoidal walls, which are connected to the rectangular bottom by their shorter bases, while in the rectangular hole, at one rectangular wall, there are five wedge-shaped projections that clamp the leg on the mounting attached to the furniture through four holes.
