Przednia czesc, do ukladania wlosów, sklada sie z górnego i dolnego elementu, natomiast tylna czesc stanowia dwa uchwyty górny i dolny. Przy czym górny uchwyt jest przedluzeniem dolnego elementu czesci przedniej i stanowia jedna calosc. Podobnie dolny uchwyt stanowi jedna calosc z górnym elementem przedniej czesci przyrzadu. Elementy czesci przedniej i tylnej maja ksztalt wydluzony, o plaskich bocznych scianach, zblizony do prostopadlosciennego , o zaokraglonych krawedziach na obu koncach . Górny element przedniej czesci przyrzadu , w widoku z jednego boku, ma na przednim koncu prostokatnie uksztaltowane obrzeze, przechodzace do góry w ukosne sciecie, a dalej w kierunku tylnego konca jest nieznacznie zaokraglone. Drugi koniec jest równiez sciety, a jego przedluzenie, o znacznie mniejszej szerokosci zachodzi na boczna sciane dolnego uchwytu tylnej czesci az do konca dolnego uchwytu. W poblizu przedniego konca górny element ma prostokatny rowek. Natomiast dolny element przedniej czesci jest znacznie wezszy od elementu górnego tej czesci i jest nieco wygiety do góry od strony przedniego konca przyrzadu, gdzie ma prostokatne obrzeze, konczace sie w miejscu zakonczenia prostokatnego rowka elementu górnego. Drugi jego koniec jest nieco ukosny i zachodzi na bok górnego uchwytu tylnej czesci, az do tylnego konca tylnej czesci przyrzadu. Pomiedzy dolnym i górnym elementem przedniej czesci przyrzadu sa usytuowane w równych odstepach zeby. Od strony drugiegoboku w poblizu prostokatnego rowka eliptyczny obrys. Natomiast w widoku od góry, przednia czesc przyrzadu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokatnego zaokraglonym krótszym boku od strony przedniego konca przyrzadu. This type of device is intended specifically for smoothing hair and/or creating waves in the hair under the influence of steam, after being filled with water and connected to a power source. Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the hair styling device, as presented in the industrial design, is distinguished by its novel form, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The design of the hair styling device is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the hair styling device in a perspective view from above, in the open position; Fig. 2 shows the device in a perspective view from above, in the closed position; Fig. 3 shows the device in a side view; Fig. 4 shows the device in a view from the other side; Fig. 5 shows the device in a top view; Fig. 6 shows the device in a bottom view; Fig. 7 shows the device in a front view; Fig. 8 shows the device in a back view. The hair styling device has a tong-like shape and consists of two opening, rounded parts: the front and rear, connected to each other. The front part, for styling the hair, consists of an upper and lower element, while the rear part consists of two handles: the upper and lower. The upper handle is an extension of the lower element of the front part and forms a single unit. Similarly, the lower handle forms a single unit with the upper element of the front part of the device. The elements of the front and rear parts have an elongated shape, with flat side walls, close to a cuboid, and rounded edges at both ends. The upper element of the front part of the device, viewed from one side, has a rectangular-shaped rim at the front end, transitioning upward into a diagonal cut, and then slightly rounded towards the rear end. The other end is also cut, and its extension, of a much smaller width, overlaps the side wall of the lower handle of the rear part all the way to the end of the lower handle. Near the front end, the upper element has a rectangular groove. The lower element of the front part is significantly narrower than the upper element and is slightly curved upward at the front end of the device, where it has a rectangular rim that terminates at the end of the rectangular groove of the upper element. Its other end is slightly oblique and extends over the side of the upper handle of the rear part, all the way to the rear end of the device. Teeth are positioned at even intervals between the lower and upper elements of the front part of the device. On the other side, near the rectangular groove, there is an elliptical outline. Viewed from above, the front part of the device has a shape close to a rectangle, with the shorter side rounded at the front end of the device. Along the edge of this side, there is a slightly ovoid outline, and on each of the longer edges, near the rectangular groove, there are two bulges. At the transition between the front and rear parts, there are two semicircular contours, one within the other and oppositely rounded, with the smaller contour directed with its rounded shape towards the rear end of the device. Behind it is an ovoid contour. The rear part of the device, viewed from above, initially narrows slightly, then widens laterally and narrows towards the rear end of the device. Viewed from below, at the transition between the front and rear parts, there is a semicircular contour directed towards the front part, and an ovoid contour with a pin inside towards the rear part of the device. In the open position, from the center of the front part of the device, the lower element contains a rectangular plate with two rows of holes. The essential features of the hair styling device are that it has a form similar to tongs and consists of two opening, rounded parts, the front and the rear, connected to each other, while the front part, for styling the hair, consists of an upper and a lower element, while the rear part consists of two handles, the upper and the lower, where the upper handle is an extension of the lower element of the front part and they constitute one whole. Similarly, the lower handle is integral with the upper element of the front part of the device, and the elements of the front and rear parts have an elongated shape, with flat side walls, close to a cuboid, with rounded edges at both ends, wherein the upper element of the front part of the device, in a view from one side, has at its front end a rectangular-shaped rim, passing upwards into a diagonal cut, and further towards the rear end it is slightly rounded, while the other end is also cut, and its extension, of a much smaller width, overlaps the side wall of the lower handle of the rear part up to the end of the lower handle, wherein near the front end the upper element has a rectangular groove, while the lower element of the front part is significantly narrower than the upper element of this part and is slightly bent upwards at the front end a device where it has a rectangular rim ending at the end of the rectangular groove of the upper element, and its other end is slightly oblique and extends onto the side of the upper handle of the rear part up to the rear end of the rear part of the device, and between the lower and upper elements of the front part of the device there are teeth situated at equal intervals, and on the side of the other side near the rectangular groove there is an elliptical outline, while in a top view, the front part of the device has a shape close to a rectangle with a rounded shorter side from the side of the front end of the device, whereby along the edge of this side there is a slightly egg-shaped outline, and on both longer edges near the rectangular groove there are two bulges, while at the place of transition between the front and rear parts there are two semicircular outlines situated one inside the other and opposite rounded in relation to each other, wherein the smaller outline is directed with the rounding towards the rear end of the device, and behind it there is an egg-shaped outline, and the rear part of the device in the top view initially narrows slightly, then widens to the sides and narrows towards the end of the device, whereas in the bottom view, at the transition between the front and rear parts, there is a semicircular outline directed towards the front part and an egg-shaped outline with a pin inside from the rear side of the device, wherein in the open position, from the center of the front part of the device, in the lower element there is a rectangular plate with two rows of holes, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1-10. fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 fig. 4 fig. 5 fig. 6 fig. 7 fig. 8 PL PL
