Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opiekacz do kanapek. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, opiekacz do kanapek, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów oraz zestawem kolorów. Opiekacz do kanapek sklada sie z dopasowanych do siebie ksztaltem czesci górnej i spodniej, ruchomo polaczonych ze soba. Opiekacz ma ksztalt przypominajacy splaszczony prostopadloscian o zaokraglonych krawedziach i narozach. Wieksze sciany graniastoslupa stanowia górna i spodnia sciane .opiekacza. Od przodu opiekacza jest pólokragly uchwyt, którego zewnetrzna powierzchnia jest wypukla i zaokraglona na boki. Wwidoku z góry opiekacz ma prostokatna plytke o innym odcieniu, której obrzeze jest otoczone listwa. Plytka jest nieco wypukla i ma pochylone do dolu obrzeze oraz zaokraglone naroza. W narozach plytki sa cztery zaglebienia ze srubami. Na powierzchni plytki sa usytuowane cztery trójkatne wypuklosci majace ksztalt trójkatów prostokatnych o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, ustawione z odstepem wzgledem siebie i zwrócone przeciw prostokatnymi do siebie. Po stronie uchwytu sa dwie okragle lampki umieszczone we wzdluznym zaglebieniu, rozszerzajacym sie na boki. Nad nimi jest napis z wygieta linia w tle. W widoku od spodu opiekacz ma ksztalt prostokata, w którego centralnej czesci jest usytuowany okragly element na sznur elektryczny, poszerzony w kierunku tylnej czesci opiekacza, a po obu jego obu stronach poprzeczne nózki, majace wydluzony ksztalt, rozszerzajacy sie do góry i do dolu opiekacza oraz zaokraglone na obu koncach. W widoku z boku opiekacz ma ksztalt splaszczonego walca z którego wystaja nózki i element na sznur elektryczny. Pomiedzy górna i dolna czescia opiekacza jest szczelina. W uchwycie jest eliptyczny przycisk. Opiekacz po otwarciu sklada sie z dwóch tak samo uksztaltowanych w srodku czesci w postaci prostokatnych talerzy - rusztów polaczonych zawiasami. Kazdy ruszt jest podzielony na cztery stozkowate zaglebienia o podstawie trójkata prostokatnego, stykajace sie przeciw prostokatnymi. Uchwyt stanowi jedna czesc z górna listwa opiekacza. Compared to similar products of this type, the sandwich maker, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by a new form manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines and contours, and color scheme. The sandwich maker design is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the sandwich maker in a perspective view from above; Fig. 2 shows the sandwich maker in a perspective view after opening; Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the sandwich maker from above; Fig. 4 shows the sandwich maker from below; Fig. 5 is a view of the sandwich maker from one side; Fig. 6 shows the sandwich maker from the other side; Fig. 7 shows the sandwich maker from the front; Fig. 8 shows the sandwich maker from the rear. The sandwich maker consists of matching upper and lower parts that are movably connected to each other. The toaster has a shape resembling a flattened cuboid with rounded edges and corners. The larger walls of the prism form the top and bottom of the toaster. The front of the toaster features a semicircular handle, the outer surface of which is convex and rounded on the sides. Viewed from above, the toaster has a rectangular plate of a different shade, the rim of which is surrounded by a strip. The plate is slightly convex, with a downward-sloping rim and rounded corners. The corners of the plate have four recesses with screws. The surface of the plate has four triangular protrusions in the shape of right-angled triangles with rounded tops, spaced apart and facing each other. On the handle side are two circular lights placed in a longitudinal recess, widening outwards. Above them is an inscription with a curved line in the background. Viewed from below, the toaster is rectangular, with a central circular element for the electric cord, widening towards the rear of the toaster. On either side are transverse legs, which are elongated, widening towards the top and bottom of the toaster and rounded at both ends. Viewed from the side, the toaster is shaped like a flattened cylinder, from which protrude the legs and the element for the electric cord. There is a gap between the top and bottom of the toaster. The handle contains an elliptical button. When opened, the toaster consists of two identically shaped rectangular plates – grills – in the center, connected by hinges. Each grate is divided into four conical recesses with a right-angled triangle base, each with a right-angled base. The handle is integral with the top grill rail. The essential features of the sandwich toaster are that it consists of a matching upper and lower part, movably connected to each other, wherein the toaster has a shape resembling a flattened cuboid with rounded edges and corners, and the larger walls of the prism constitute the upper and lower walls of the toaster, while from the front of the toaster there is a semicircular handle, the outer surface of which is convex and rounded on the sides, while in a top view the toaster has a rectangular plate of a different shade, the rim of which is surrounded by a strip, and the plate is slightly convex and has a downward-sloping rim and rounded corners, wherein in the corners of the plate there are four recesses with screws, and on the surface of the plate there are four triangular protrusions in the shape of rectangular triangles with rounded tops, set at a distance from each other and facing opposite rectangular ones towards each other, whereby on the handle side there are two round lamps placed in a longitudinal recess, widening towards the sides, and above them there is an inscription with a curved line in the background, while in the bottom view the toaster has the shape of a rectangle, in the central part of which there is a round element for an electric cord, widening towards the rear part of the toaster, and on both sides of it there are transverse legs having an elongated shape, widening towards the top and bottom of the toaster and rounded at both ends, and in the side view the toaster has the shape of a flattened cylinder from which the legs and the element for an electric cord protrude, and between the upper and lower parts of the toaster there is a gap.
