Blona ta wytworzona jest z pro¬ duktów utlenienia farby na powierzchni grani¬ czacej z powietrzem i dochodzi nawet do kil¬ kucentymetrowej grubosci. One of the basic shortcomings of oil paints and varnishes, as well as enamels containing resins modified with drying oils, is the phenomenon known as skewing, which consists in the formation of a semi-solid sheet on the surface of the factory. This film is made of the products of oxidation of the paint on the surface adjacent to air and even reaches a thickness of several cm.This oxidized part of the paint is unsuitable for use, and therefore the phenomenon of skewage causes losses, all the more so as the film consists mainly of the most valuable component, which is the paint binder. *) The patent owner stated that the inventors were Andrzej Gomulka and Zbigniew Jedlinski. The addition of the de-absorbing agent should be 0.3-2% based on the paint-forming substances or of varnish and the ratio of oxymucyclohexanone to ipolyphenols is 40-50 parts of cyclohexanone per 1 part by weight of polyphenol. The anti-frothing agent is added to the finished paint or varnish and in the form of a mixture of both components, or better in the form of their solution in white spirit, xylene or butanol. PL
