Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta pomiarowa. Tego typu karta pomiarowa jest przeznaczona do pomiaru konczyn dolnych. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, karta pomiarowa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorach. Wzór karty pomiarowej uwidoczniono na rysunku i fotografii, na których fig. 1 przedstawia karte w widoku z jednej strony, fig. 2 - karte z fig. 1 z wystawiona na zewnatrz wkladka, fig.3 - karte w widoku z drugiej strony. Karta pomiarowa, ma ksztalt prostokatny i zawiera wystawiana wkladke. W widoku z jednej strony, powierzchnia karty jest podzielona na trzy pola dwa zewnetrzna i jedno srodkowe, przy czym pole zewnetrzne i srodkowe jest usytuowane pomiedzy dwoma równoleglymi , poziomymi, bialymi liniami. Jedno pole zewnetrzne i srodkowe maja tlo w jednakowym kolorze czarnym ( kolor g) . Wzdluz jednej, krótszej krawedzizewnetrznego pola sa trzy pólkoliste elementy w bialym kolorze, a równolegle do nich sa usytuowane trzy prostokatne biale pola, ustawione pionowo krótszymi bokami do góry i do dolu. Wewnatrz pól sa liczby i zólte ( kolor a), poprzeczne pola. Za nimi sa usytuowane trzy biale strzalki, przy czym górna strzalka jest ukosnie ulozona i skierowana do góry. Nad strzalkami sa oznaczone w kólkach na tle czarnym (kolor g), biale cyfry, kolejno od góry 1,2 3. Równolegle do tej krawedzi karty, jest usytuowany obrys dolnej konczyny ludzkiej wraz z kolanem i stopa, przy czym obrys konczyny jest wykonany pomaranczowymi (kolor e)liniami pionowymi. Obrys jest podzielony dwoma poprzecznymi, bialymi liniami przerywanymi , a na zewnatrz tych linii sa usytuowane dwie czerwone (kolor b) linie ciagle. Z jednego boku obrysu konczyny jest biala, pionowa strzalka, usytuowana pomiedzy poziomymi czerwonymi liniami (kolor b), a równolegle do niej, sa dwa napisy bialymi literami, usytuowane w pionowych polach. Pomiedzy napisami jest umieszczona, usytuowana poziomo liczba 41, w kolorze pomaranczowym (kolor e) . Pod obrysem konczyny dolnej jest obrys buta w takim samym kolorze. Natomiast srodkowe pole karty ma poprzecznie i równolegle do siebie usytuowane napisy w bialym kolorze i w dwunastu rzedach, a pod nimi sa ustawione w pionowym rzedzie biale napisy, a przy nich cyfry 1,2,3,4 z dwukropkiem oraz cztery prostokatne pola w kolorze od góry do dolu : zóltym (kolor a), czerwonym ( kolor b) , niebieskim (kolor c) i zielonym (kolor d) . Pomiedzy obrysem buta i kolorowymi prostokatami jest umieszczony bialy element w ksztalcie trójkata usytuowanego wierzcholkiem do dolu. Trójkatma wewnatrz czarne ( kolor g)rozciecie, a nad nim eliptyczna, biala kropke. Przeciwlegle, zewnetrzne pole tej strony karty zawiera trzy pionowe paski pomiedzy krawedziami poziomymi karty, przy czym srodkowy pasek w kolorze niebieskim (kolor c) ma, mniej wiecej po srodku napis Legger bialymi literami, usytuowany pionowo wzgledem dluzszych krawedzi karty. Natomiast wkladka ma ksztalt prostokatny i po wystawieniu z karty stanowi jej przedluzenie . Równolegle do górnej i dolnej krawedzi wkladki, na bialym tle sa usytuowane prostokatne , poziome cztery slupki, a pomiedzy nimi na jednym pasku, kolorowe prostokatne pola. Slupki sa ustawione z przesunieciem jeden nad drugim i kolejno od dolu do góry, sa w kolorze zóltym (kolor a), czerwonym (kolor b), niebieskim (kolor c) i zielonym (kolor d) . Natomiast kolorowe pola sa ustawione od strony jednego boku karty w kierunku drugiego kolejno : zielony (kolor d), niebieski ( kolor c), czerwony (kolor b)i zólty (kolor a). Nad slupkami i polami jest rzad poziomych , czarnych liczb (kolor g) . Nad górnymi slupkami liczby od 43 do 32, nad dolnymi liczby od 46 do 38, zas nad srodkowymi polami liczby od 30 do 19. Natomiast w widoku od drugiej strony , karta ma ksztalt prostokata o bialym polu i z pionowym , bocznym niebieskim paskiem ( kolor c), wzdluz krótszej , pionowej krawedzi karty, na którym znajduje sie mniej wiecej w polowie napis, taki sam jak na pierwszej stronie karty w drugim zewnetrznym polu. Wzdluz górnej, dluzszej krawedzi karty jest centralnie umieszczony napis niebieskimi literami (kolor c), a pod nim na niebieskim( kolor c) polu kolejny napis bialymi literami, zas nad nim, niebieskitrójkat ( kolor c) usytuowany wierzcholkiem do dolu, z nieregularnym bialym polem, przecinajacym pole trójkata, nad którym jest umieszczona eliptyczna, rózowa ( kolor f) kropka. Wzdluz dolnej , dluzszej krawedzi karty jest umieszczony napis niebieskimi literami (kolor c) . PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a measurement card. This type of measurement card is intended for measuring lower limbs. Compared to similar products of this type, the measurement card, based on the industrial design, is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, line layout, and colors. The measurement card design is shown in the drawing and photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the card viewed from one side, Fig. 2 shows the card from Fig. 1 with the insert exposed, and Fig. 3 shows the card viewed from the other side. The measurement card is rectangular and contains the exposed insert. When viewed from one side, the card surface is divided into three fields: two outer fields and one central field, with the outer and central fields positioned between two parallel, horizontal, white lines. One outer and one middle field have a uniform black background (color g). Along one shorter edge of the outer field are three semicircular white elements, and parallel to them are three rectangular white fields, arranged vertically with their shorter sides pointing up and down. Inside the fields are numbers and yellow (color a) cross-shaped fields. Behind them are three white arrows, with the upper arrow diagonally oriented and pointing upward. Above the arrows are circled white numbers on a black background (color g), marked from top to bottom: 1, 2, and 3. Parallel to this edge of the card is the outline of a lower human limb, including the knee and foot, with the limb outlined in orange (color e) vertical lines. The outline is divided by two transverse, white dashed lines, and outside these lines are two solid red (color b). On one side of the limb outline is a vertical white arrow, positioned between horizontal red lines (color b), and parallel to it are two inscriptions in white letters, positioned in vertical boxes. Between the inscriptions is the number 41, placed horizontally, in orange (color e). Below the lower limb outline is the outline of a shoe in the same color. The card's central field has twelve rows of white inscriptions arranged crosswise and parallel to each other. Below them are vertical rows of white inscriptions, followed by the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 with a colon, and four rectangular fields colored from top to bottom: yellow (color a), red (color b), blue (color c), and green (color d). Between the shoe outline and the colored rectangles is a white element in the shape of a triangle, positioned point down. The triangle has a black slit (color g) inside, and above it is an elliptical white dot. The opposite, outer field of this side of the card contains three vertical stripes between the horizontal edges of the card, with the central blue stripe (color c) bearing the word "Legger" in white letters, approximately in the center, vertically aligned with the longer edges of the card. The insert, on the other hand, is rectangular and, when removed from the card, acts as its extension. Parallel to the top and bottom edges of the insert, four rectangular horizontal bars are placed on a white background, with colored rectangular fields between them on a single strip. The bars are arranged offset, one above the other, and from bottom to top, they are colored yellow (color a), red (color b), blue (color c), and green (color d). The colored fields, on the other hand, are arranged from one side of the card to the other, in the following order: green (color d), blue (color c), red (color b), and yellow (color a). Above the columns and fields is a row of horizontal, black numbers (color g). Above the upper columns are numbers from 43 to 32, above the lower columns are numbers from 46 to 38, and above the middle fields are numbers from 30 to 19. However, when viewed from the other side, the card has the shape of a rectangle with a white field and a vertical, side blue stripe (color c), along the shorter, vertical edge of the card, on which there is an inscription approximately halfway down, the same as on the first side of the card in the second outer field. Along the upper, longer edge of the card is a central inscription in blue letters (color c). Below it, in a blue field (color c), is another inscription in white letters. Above it, a blue triangle (color c) is positioned point down, with an irregular white field intersecting the triangle field, above which is an elliptical pink dot (color f). Along the lower, longer edge of the card, there is an inscription in blue letters (color c). The essential features of the measurement card are that it has a rectangular shape and contains an insert for display, and when viewed from one side, the surface of the card is divided into three fields: two outer and one central, where the outer and central fields are located between two parallel, horizontal, white lines, and one outer and central field has a background of the same black color, and along one shorter edge of the outer field there are three semicircular elements in white color, and parallel to them there are three rectangular white fields, arranged vertically with the shorter sides up and down, where inside the fields there are numbers and yellow, transverse fields, and behind them there are three white arrows, where the upper arrow is diagonally arranged and directed upwards, while above the arrows there are marked in circles on a black background, white numbers, successively from the top 1, 2, 3. Parallel to this edge of the card, there is an outline of a lower human limb with a knee and a foot, the outline of the limb is made with orange vertical lines, the outline is divided by two transverse, white dashed lines, and outside these lines there are two continuous red lines, while on one side of the outline of the limb there is a white, vertical arrow, placed between horizontal red lines, and parallel to it, there are two inscriptions in white letters, placed in vertical fields, while between the inscriptions there is a horizontally placed number 41, in orange, and under the outline of the lower limb there is an outline of a shoe in the same color, while the middle field of the card has transversely and parallel to each other inscriptions in white color and in twelve rows, and below them there are white inscriptions arranged in a vertical row, and next to them the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 with a colon and four rectangular fields in colors from top to bottom: yellow, red, blue and green, and between the outline of the shoe and the colored rectangles there is a white element in the shape of a triangle placed with its apex downwards, and the triangle has a black slit inside, and above it an elliptical white dot, while the opposite, outer field of this side of the card contains three vertical stripes between the horizontal edges of the card, where the middle blue stripe has, more or less in the middle, the inscription Legger in white letters, placed vertically in relation to the longer edges of the card, while the insert has a rectangular shape and when taken out of the card constitutes its extension, and parallel to the top and bottom edges of the insert, on a white background there are four rectangular, horizontal columns are situated, and between them on one strip, colored rectangular fields, and the columns are arranged with an offset one above the other and in sequence from bottom to top, they are yellow, red, blue and green, while the colored fields are arranged from one side of the card towards the other in sequence: green, blue, red and yellow, and above the columns and fields there is a row of horizontal, black numbers, and above the upper columns there are numbers from 43 to 32, above the lower ones there are numbers from 4 6 to 38, and above the middle fields there are numbers from 30 to 19, while when viewed from the other side, the card has the shape of a rectangle with a white field and a vertical, side blue stripe, along the shorter, vertical edge of the card, on which there is an inscription approximately in the middle, the same as on the first side of the card in the second outer field, whereby along the upper, longer edge of the card there is a central inscription in blue letters, and below it on a blue field there is another inscription in white letters, and above it there is a blue triangle placed with its apex downwards, with an irregular white field, intersecting the triangle field, above which there is an elliptical pink dot, and along the lower, longer edge of the card there is an inscription in blue letters, as shown in the drawing and photograph, fig. 1, 2 and 3.
