Przesacz j zawiera jeszcze 0,21% fluoru. Roztwór rozcien- [ cza sie 1 kg roztworu azotanu wapnia nie za¬ wierajacego fluoru (fi—8% CaO) i ogrzewa do temperatury 100°C. Nastepnie dodaje sie tak dlugo weglan wapnia mieszajac, az nastapi pierwsze wytracenie. Nastepnie straca sie da¬ lej za pomoca rozcienczonego wodorotlenku sodu, przy czym wytraca sie drobny szlam flu¬ orku wapnia. Dodaje sie tyle wodorotlenku so¬ du, az wystapi wyrazne wydzielanie grubszego fosforanu dwuwapniowego. Nastepuje to w da¬ nym przypadku przy pH 0,8. Potrzeba do tego celu okolo 30 ml 2n-wodorotlenku sodu. Osad odwirowuje sie. Zawiera on w stanie suchym — 2 —10—12 jeszcze 0,018% fluoru uzyskuje sie 265 g CaHPOi • 2H2Ot który mozna stosowac do ce¬ lów paszowych. PL

1. Zastrzezenie patentowe Sposób wytwarzania fosforanu dwuwapnio- wego z roztworów otrzymanych przez roz¬ klad rozpuszczonych w kwasie azotowym su¬ rowych fosforanów, znamienny tym, ze roz¬ twory te traktuje sie nadmiarem azotanu po- tasowca w celu wytracenia fluorokrzemianu po- tasowca, a po oddzieleniu osadu przeszacz, któ¬ ry powinien zawierac 2—8°/o P2O5 i 4—12°/t CaO, doprowadza sie przy temperaturze 50—100°C do wartosci pH = 0,6—1,2 za pomoca srodków zobojetniajacych, takich jak, wapno, mleko wapienne, lug potasowcowy, amoniak i inne, oddziela wytworzony osad, a roztwór pozbawiony zwiazków fluoru przerabia w zna¬ ny sposób na fosforan dwuwapniowy.
