Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, uzywany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu w kierunku strzalki „S" na fig. 1, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z tylu w kierunku strzalki „K" na fig. 2. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt wycinka czaszy kulistej, której dolne obrzeze stanowiace czesc kola jest zagiete promieniem przejscia prostopadle do osi obrotu tej czaszy, tworzac kolnierz o profilu zblizonym do polowy elipsy, którego zaokraglone konce posiadajace na swej zewnetrznej powierzchni po trzy wglebienia kuliste, polaczone sa plynnie z narozami wycinka tej czaszy. Na wewnetrznej powierzchni uchwytu w narozach wycinka czaszy kulistej znajduja sie profilowe nadlewy z otworami nagwintowanymi, a pomiedzy nimi promieniowe obrzeze tego wycinka ma wyjecie obwodowe przylegajace do wewnetrznego boku kolnierza wycinka tej czaszy, przy czym obwodowe obrzeza wycinka czaszy kulistej i jej kolnierza eliptycznego sa zaokraglone. The design's new and original form is evident in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a front view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a view from below in the direction of the arrow "S" in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a top view, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a side view, and Fig. 5 - the same handle in a back view in the direction of the arrow "K" in Fig. 2. The furniture handle has the shape of a section of a spherical bowl, the lower rim of which, being part of a circle, is bent by a transition radius perpendicular to the axis of rotation of this bowl, creating a collar with a profile close to half an ellipse, the rounded ends of which have three spherical recesses on their outer surface, are smoothly connected with the corners of the section of this bowl. On the inner surface of the holder, in the corners of the spherical bowl section, there are profiled bosses with threaded holes, and between them the radial rim of this section has a circumferential opening adjacent to the inner side of the flange of this bowl section, wherein the circumferential rims of the spherical bowl section and its elliptical flange are rounded. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in fig. 1-5 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a section of a spherical bowl, the lower rim of which, being part of a circle, is bent by a transition radius perpendicular to the axis of rotation of this bowl, creating a collar with a profile close to half an ellipse, the rounded ends of which, having three spherical recesses on their outer surface, are smoothly connected to the corners of the section of this bowl, - on the inner surface of this handle, in the corners of the section of the spherical bowl, there are profiled bosses with threaded holes, and between them the radial rim of this section has a circumferential opening adjacent to the inner side of the flange of the section of this bowl, wherein the circumferential rims of the section of the spherical bowl and its elliptical flange are rounded.
