The essence of the design is a new form of the cutter, manifested in its shape and color. The design is presented in the attached photograph, where the cutter is shown in an oblique side view. The cutter comprises a hook-like body consisting of a spindle-shaped handle and an adjacent, forward-curved hook-like arm. A circular knob is located on the rear extension of the handle, coaxial with the handle. Within the recess formed inside the forward-bent hook-shaped boom, there are opposite sides: on the shaft side, a coaxial rectangular rod with a circular disc-shaped blade at its end; and on the boom tip side, two parallel cylindrical rollers. The hook-shaped boom has flat side walls, and its outer dorsal wall has a transversely semicircular convex shape. The outer knob has two differently shaped sections along its length: at the front, on the body side, a longer, conically widening section with alternating longitudinal, rounded, arched grooves and protrusions along its circumference; and at the rear, a shorter, arched, smooth section.
