Abstract

Warstwowy amortyzator posiada zespół amortyzujący składający się ze stosu gum i pianki aluminiowej, połączonych klejem epoksydowym, charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół tworzą dwie jednorodne gumowe warstwy (2 i 5) o twardości od 60 do 200 Sh A i gęstości od 1100 do 1200 kg/m3 podzielone warstwą porowatej gumy (3) o gęstości od 600 do 700 kg/m3 i twardości od 20 do 30 Sh A oraz warstwą piany aluminiowej (4) o gęstości od 600 do 700 kg/m3, zawierający pomiędzy warstwami gumy i pianki aluminiowej warstwy tkaniny hybrydowej z włókna węglowego i aramidowego (6) ustabilizowane warstwami kleju epoksydowego (7).
