Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania elastycznej wkładki termoplastycznej który polega tym, że metoda wtrysku i wytłaczania przebiega w jednym procesie hybrydowym, podczas którego tworzywo termoplastyczne jest uplastyczniane w wytłaczarkach, następnie w głowicy uplastyczniony materiał termoplastyczny podawany jest przez kanał wytłaczania (8) na rdzeń wkładki wraz z elementem zbrojeniowym, równocześnie materiał termoplastyczny podawany przez kanał wtrysku (7) jest kształtowany i doformowywany w formie obrotowej (9), po czym uformowana wkładka jest podnoszona za pomocą koła kształtowego (18) i schładzana w wannie chłodzącej w zestawie kalibratorów, następnie wkładka jest zwijana lub podawana do etapu procesu wytwarzania gotowej uszczelki. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także wkładka termoplastyczna wytworzona powyższym sposobem, przy czym wkładka termoplastyczna składa się z rdzenia wkładki, ramion oraz elementu zbrojeniowego.
