Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania twardych, anodowych powłok tlenkowych z wykorzystaniem procesu utleniania elektrolitycznego, gdzie jako elektrolit stosuje Się wodny roztwór kwasu szczawiowego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że proces przebiega trójetapowo, przy czym w pierwszym etapie gęstość prądu wynosi od 1,5 – 2,5 A/dm2 w czasie pierwszych 30 min, 4 - 6 A/dm2 w czasie kolejnych 60 min, a temperatura procesu wynosi od -5°C do 5°C, w drugim etapie zanurza się powłokę tlenkową w 10% - 15% roztworze H3PO4, w temperaturze 25°C — 35°C na czas 8 - 15 min, a następnie w trzecim etapie prowadzi się proces impregnacji ultradźwiękowej poprzez zanurzenie próbki na czas 8 - 15 min w zawiesinie 3 - 8 g/l nanoproszków Al2O3 i 0,5 – 3 g/l środka powierzchniowo-czynnego DSS stanowiącego sól sodową sulfobursztynianu 2-etyloheksylowego, której resztę stanowi woda lub w zawiesinie 3 - 8 g/l PTFE i 0,5 - 3 g/l środka powierzchniowo-czynnego DSS stanowiącego sól sodową sulfobursztynianu 2-etyloheksylowego, której resztę stanowi woda.
