Abstract

Istotę wynalazku stanowi wymiennik ciepła o walcowej budowie, wyposażony w żebra odprowadzające ciepło, charakteryzujący się tym, że zbudowany jest z obudowy (3) w postaci rury, do której przymocowane są promieniowo zewnętrzne żebra (6), korzystnie aluminiowe lub miedziane, do której przymocowana jest cylindryczna dolna podstawa (1) o spodniej zewnętrznej powierzchni gładkiej oraz o rozwiniętej wierzchniej wewnętrznej powierzchni (8), przy czym do wewnętrznych ścianek wewnątrz obudowy (3) zamocowana jest współosiowo obustronnie gładka walcowa przegroda (4) za pośrednictwem wsporników (11), przymocowanymi na obu końcach, dolnym i górnym, walcowej przegrody (4). Osiowo wewnątrz wymiennika, zamocowany jest obrotowo na pionowym wale (12), wykonanym z materiału niemagnetycznego wirnik (2), przy czym ruch wirnika (2) w pionie wzdłuż długości wału (12) zablokowany jest przez stopery (13) zamocowane do wału (12) po obu stronach wirnika (2), a ponadto wnętrze wymiennika wypełnione jest cieczą chłodniczą o niskiej temperaturze wrzenia, rzędu 50°C-70°C.
