Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element przyłącza wodociągowego oraz sposób wykonywania przyłącza do wodociągu. Element przyłącza do wodociągu zawierający: korpus rurowy (11) mający część z gwintem zewnętrznym znajdującą się przy pierwszym końcu korpusu rurowego (11) oraz mający część stożkową (12) w kształcie ściętego stożka z przelotowym kanałem, znajdującą się na drugim końcu korpusu rurowego (11), przy czym korpus rurowy (11) na obszarze części stożkowej (12) rozszerza się ku drugiemu końcowi; cylindryczną obudowę (10) z gwintem wewnętrznym, która przy pierwszym końcu ma gwint zewnętrzny; tuleję dociskową (14) znajdującą się na korpusie rurowym (11) wewnątrz cylindrycznej obudowy (10); elastyczną tuleję uszczelniającą (13) znajdującą się na korpusie rurowym (11) pomiędzy tuleją dociskową (14) a częścią stożkową (12); tuleję regulacyjną (15) znajdującą się na korpusie rurowym (11) i mającą gwint zewnętrzny współpracujący z gwintem wewnętrznym cylindrycznej obudowy (10), przy czym tuleja regulacyjna (15) jest wkręcona w cylindryczną obudowę (10); nakrętkę regulacyjną (16) nakręconą na gwint zewnętrzny korpusu rurowego (11).
