Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest rama fotela pojazdu zawierająca siedzisko i oparcie, które odchyla się wahliwie na osi znajdującej się w siedzisku, charakteryzuje się tym, że część zewnętrzna oparcia (2b) ma powyżej osi (4) łączącej siedzisko (1) z zewnętrzną częścią oparcia (2b) drugą oś (11) umiejscowioną pomiędzy wewnętrzną częścią oparcia (2a) a zewnętrzną częścią oparcia (2b).
