Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest bojler grzewczy próżniowo-gazowy zbudowany z obudowy (1) z wywietrznikiem (9), wewnątrz której znajduje się wymiennik ciepła (2) z czynnikiem grzewczym (3), wężownicy (8) z wodą użytkową oraz wymiennik ciepła (2) posiada co najmniej jedną komorę (21), dla czynnika grzewczego (3), tak, że objętość komory (21) ograniczona jest jej ścianami oraz między wymiennikiem ciepła (2) a obudową (1) znajduje się przestrzeń (7) dla wody, przy czym komora wymiennika ciepła (21) jest zamknięta tak, że przestrzeń (7) i komora (21) są zbiornikami niepołączonymi oraz posiada zawór zwrotny (10) wymiennika ciepła (2) do powtarzalnego wprowadzania warunków próżni w wymienniku ciepła (2) i doprowadzania do jego komory (21) czynnika grzewczego (3), przy czym zmiana stanu skupienia czynnika grzewczego (3) z ciekłego na gazowy realizowana jest pod wpływem źródła energii cieplnej znajdującego się w przy co najmniej jednej ścianie (22) wymiennika ciepła (2).
