Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element mocujący do montowania zwłaszcza konstrukcji panelowych, takich jak: listwy przypodłogowe i ścienne, panele podłogowe, płyty panelowe, lamele, boazeria i temu podobne produkty. Element mocujący (1) charakteryzuje się tym, że ma kształt tulei (2) z przegrodą (3) w jej środku odpowiadającą kształtowi tulei (2), przy czym na przegrodzie (3) znajduje się otwór montażowy (4) przesunięty mimośrodowo względem środka (6) tulei (2), przy czym tuleja (2) na zewnętrznej płaszczyźnie posiada wyżłobienie (5).
