Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania bioaktywnych szkieł boranowych, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) mieszanie prekursorów B2O3, CaO, Na2O i P2O5 w rozpuszczalniku przez 12 - 48 godzin, w temperaturze od 20°C do 40°C, w celu otrzymania zolu; b) zamrożenie zolu otrzymanego w etapie a) w temperaturze od -10°C do -196°C, a następnie liofilizacja w celu otrzymania aerożelu; c) rozdrabnianie aerożelu otrzymanego w etapie b) i przesiewanie przez sito o oczkach o wielkości 40 - 100 µm; d) wygrzewanie przesianego w etapie c) aerożelu według następującego schematu obróbki temperaturowej: - grzanie aerożelu z prędkością w zakresie od 1,5 do 3 °C/min do temperatury w zakresie od 100°C do 150°C, - przetrzymanie aerożelu w temperaturze w zakresie od 100°C do 150°C, przez czas od 24 do 72 godzin; - grzanie aerożelu z prędkością w zakresie od 1,5 do 3 °C/min, do temperatury w zakresie od 400°C do około 600°C; - przetrzymanie aerożelu w temperaturze w zakresie od 400°C do około 600°C, przez czas od 1,5 do 6 godzin; - swobodne chłodzenie pieca.
