Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania rury wielowarstwowej, z wykorzystaniem materiałów polimerowych i ich kompozytów oraz wewnętrznych wzmocnień. W pierwszym etapie wytłacza się rurę wewnętrzną z materiału polimerowego o grubości ścianki z zakresu 2 mm do 10 mm. Następnie w drugim etapie na rurę wewnętrzną nanosi się warstwę z kompozytu polimerowego o gęstości co najmniej 1,2 g/cm3. W trzecim etapie nanosi się kolejno warstwę polimerową o gęstości poniżej 1,2 g/cm3 i grubości do 2 mm. W czwartym etapie kolejno nawija się obwodowo pod kątem mniejszym od 89 stopni i większym od 0 stopni warstwę z włókien syntetycznych, drutów lub taśm syntetycznych lub stalowych o gęstości co najmniej 1,2 g/cm3, przy czym korzystnie nawijaną warstwę umieszcza się w otoczce z materiału polimerowego. W piątym etapie kolejno nanosi się polimerową warstwę zewnętrzną o gęstości poniżej 1,2 g/cm3 i grubości co najmniej 1 mm. Po pierwszym, trzecim i piątym etapie powierzchnię wytwarzanej rury kalibruje się i schładza wodą, zaś grubości warstw i ich gęstości dobiera się tak, że całkowita gęstość rury wynosi co najmniej 1,2 g/cm3. W końcowym etapie odbiera się wytworzoną rurę.
