Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest piec do obróbki cieplnej, zawierający w obudowie izolowaną komorę procesową zaopatrzoną w izolację termiczną oraz element grzejny utrzymujący obrabiany materiał w temperaturze ustalonej dla operacji prowadzonej w piecu, charakteryzujący się tym, że w komorze procesowej pieca (1), w której umieszcza się obrabiany przedmiot, znajduje się dodatkowy element termiczny (2) zasilany z zewnętrznego źródła energii, na którym zachodzi dysocjacja amoniaku zawartego w atmosferze pieca, który to element termiczny (2) jest usytuowany w taki sposób, że ma bezpośredni kontakt z atmosferą w komorze procesowej (1) pieca i po włączeniu ma temperaturę wyższą od temperatury ustalonej dla operacji prowadzonej w piecu.
