Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest linia technologiczna do pakowania produktów, zwłaszcza ziemniaków w pojemniki zbiorcze, zwłaszcza skrzyniopalety. Linia według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera co najmniej jeden układ do dezynfekcji pojemników (4), korzystnie cztery układy dezynfekcji pojemników (4), najkorzystniej gdy układy dezynfekcji pojemników (4) są ustawione szeregowo względem siebie, gdzie z jednej strony układu dezynfekcji pojemników (4), znajduje się układ wzdłużnych przenośników (2a), korzystnie transporterów rolkowych, doprowadzających pojemniki z układu desztaplującego (1) pod dany układ dezynfekcji pojemników (4), natomiast z drugiej strony układu dezynfekcji pojemników (4), znajduje się równoległy układ wzdłużnych przenośników (2b), korzystnie transporterów rolkowych, doprowadzających zdezynfekowane pojemniki do układu napełniania pojemnika produktem (5), przy czym oba układy wzdłużnych przenośników (2a, 2b), korzystnie transporterów rolkowych połączone są ze sobą co najmniej jednym układem poprzecznego przenośnika (3), korzystnie transportera łańcuchowego, który przebiega pod co najmniej jednym układem dezynfekcji pojemników (4) i zamocowany jest w taki sposób, że rozpoczyna się i kończy odpowiednio poniżej przenośników wzdłużnych (2a, 2b), korzystnie transporterów rolkowych, zaś każdy z układów przenośnika wzdłużnego (2a, 2b), korzystnie transportera rolkowego, zamocowany jest do ramy podnoszenia poprzez układ cięgien i/albo siłowników, umożliwiających odpowiednio podnoszenie i/albo opuszczanie przenośników wzdłużnych (2a, 2b), korzystnie transporterów rolkowych poniżej płaszczyzny, w której to płaszczyźnie leżą szyny prowadzące układu przenośnika poprzecznego (3), korzystnie szyny prowadzące transportera łańcuchowego.
