Abstract

Stanowisko kształtowania termicznego termoformierki według rozwiązania umożliwia łatwą i szybką, a jednocześnie precyzyjną, zmianę pola formowania w zależności od rodzaju formowanego wyrobu i zoptymalizuje koszty procesu formowania. Regulację wymiarów okna roboczego (5) w kierunku wzdłużnym stanowią dwie rolety (6') usytuowane na naprzeciw siebie w płaszczyźnie stołu mocującego, zamocowane (3) przesuwnie do części przedniej (2) skrzyniowej obudowy (1) sekcji kształtowania termicznego (3) poprzez prowadnice, których tory przesuwu są w kształcie litery L. Każda z rolet (6') jest niezależnie połączona z serwomechanizmem (9, 9') zamocowanym na stole mocującym. Regulację wymiarów okna roboczego (5) w kierunku poprzecznym stanowi zespół wózków liniowych (10) z zamocowaną do nich płytą redukcyjną (11) i prowadnice liniowe przebiegające wzdłużnie przez część tylną (2') skrzyniowej obudowy (1) i wzdłuż płaszczyzny stołu mocującego sekcji kształtowania termicznego (3). Płyta redukcyjna (11) jest połączona z serwomechanizmem (13) zamocowanym w części tylnej (2') skrzyniowej obudowy (1).
