Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego zgłoszenia jest sposób jednoczesnego molekularnego wdrukowania trzech epitopów MIAHDFPGIGHK (SEQ ID NO: 1), HGYPKDIYSS (SEQ ID NO: 2) i FKGNKYWAVQGQNV (SEQ ID NO: 3) w polimerze i osadzenia tego molekularnie wdrukowanego polimeru w postaci cienkiej warstwy na elektrodzie złotej albo na złoconej płytce szklanej, sposób oznaczania białkowego biomarkera MMP-1 idiopatycznego włóknienia płuc w płynach ustrojowych, sposób oznaczania biomarkerów białkowych MMP-1 i SP-A idiopatycznego włóknienia płuc w płynach ustrojowych oraz jednostka rozpoznawania molekularnego do selektywnego oznaczania biomarkerów idiopatycznego włóknienia płuc.
