Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób określania genetycznych predyspozycji osobnika do rozwoju sportowego w dyscyplinach sportowych. Sposób obejmuje etapy oceny próbki genetycznej osobnika pod kątem występowania polimorfizmów w genach determinujących powstawanie cech fizycznych powiązanych z rozwojem sportowym osobnika w dyscyplinach sportowych w celu uzyskania profilu poligenicznego, analizę profilu poligenicznego w celu zidentyfikowania wariantów genetycznych odpowiedzialnych za predyspozycje do dyscyplin sportowych, oraz określenie predyspozycji osobnika do uprawiania dyscypliny sportowej w oparciu o uzyskany profil poligeniczny. Ponadto, przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób zindywidualizowanego zarządzania treningiem sportowym osobnika, przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób zindywidualizowanego zarządzania suplementacją dietetyczną osobnika, a także sposób przewidywania podatności na kontuzje osobnika.
