Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób określania genetycznych predyspozycji osobnika do rozwoju sportowego w dyscyplinach sportowych. Sposób obejmuje etapy oceny próbki genetycznej osobnika pod kątem występowania polimorfizmów w genach determinujących powstawanie cech fizycznych powiązanych z rozwojem sportowym osobnika w dyscyplinach sportowych w celu uzyskania profilu poligenicznego, analizę profilu poligenicznego w celu zidentyfikowania wariantów genetycznych odpowiedzialnych za predyspozycje do dyscyplin sportowych, oraz określenie predyspozycji osobnika do uprawiania dyscypliny sportowej w oparciu o uzyskany profil poligeniczny. Ponadto, przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób zindywidualizowanego zarządzania treningiem sportowym osobnika, przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób zindywidualizowanego zarządzania suplementacją dietetyczną osobnika, a także sposób przewidywania podatności na kontuzje osobnika.The subject of the invention is a method for determining the genetic predispositions of an individual to sports development in sports disciplines. The method comprises the steps of assessing a genetic sample of an individual for the occurrence of polymorphisms in genes determining the formation of physical features associated with the sports development of an individual in sports disciplines in order to obtain a polygenic profile, analyzing the polygenic profile in order to identify genetic variants responsible for predispositions to sports disciplines, and determining the predisposition of an individual to practice a sports discipline based on the obtained polygenic profile. In addition, the subject of the invention is a method for individualized management of sports training of an individual, the subject of the invention is also a method for individualized management of dietary supplementation of an individual, as well as a method for predicting the susceptibility to injuries of an individual.
