Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób osadzania warstwy półogniwa lub ogniwa elektrochemicznego obejmujący następujące etapy: a) wytworzenie mieszaniny zawierającej co najmniej jeden materiał tworzący elektrolit stały albo co najmniej jeden materiał tworzący elektrodę albo mieszaninę co najmniej jednego materiału tworzącego elektrodę z co najmniej jednym materiałem tworzącym elektrolit stały albo materiał tworzący warstwę ochronną, co najmniej jeden przewodnik elektryczny i co najmniej jeden lotny rozpuszczalnik obojętny chemicznie dla stosowanych składników, i ewentualnie co najmniej jeden przewodnik elektryczny; oraz b) rozpylenie mieszaniny wytworzonej w etapie a) na podłożu stałym za pomocą urządzenia rozpylającego, z zastosowaniem gazu obojętnego pod ciśnieniem mieszczącym się w zakresie od 0,1 do 2 bar, z osadzeniem warstwy półogniwa lub ogniwa elektrochemicznego. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również warstwa elektrodowa, warstwa elektrolitu stałego oraz warstwa ochronna osadzona określonym powyżej sposobem. Ponadto przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania półogniwa lub ogniwa elektrochemicznego, w którym co najmniej jedną warstwę osadza się określonym powyżej sposobem oraz półogniwo lub ogniwo elektrochemiczne zawierające co najmniej jedną warstwę osadzoną określonym powyżej sposobem.
