Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest modyfikowany puder drukarski kaolinem oraz sposób modyfikowania pudru drukarskiego kaolinem, mające zastosowanie w przemyśle poligraficznym, przy wykonywaniu nadruków na płaszczyzny kartonowe. Modyfikowany puder drukarski kaolinem, charakteryzuje się tym, że puder drukarski w dopełnieniu do 100% wagowych zawiera od 10% do 25% wagowych drobin kaolinu o granulacji do 90um. Sposób modyfikowania pudru drukarskiego kaolinem, charakteryzuje się tym, że puder drukarski w dopełnieniu do 100% wagowych łączy się z od 10% do 25% wagowych drobin kaolinu o granulacji do 90um, następnie miesza się obie substancje rotacyjnie, metodą działania sił aerodynamicznych, przy generowaniu szczątkowych wartości ciśnienia przez korzystnie od 30 do 120 sekund z łagodnym rozruchem przy ciśnieniu maksymalnym 1000 pa, następnie mieszanina poddawana jest procesowi mieszania fizycznego przez mieszadło obracające się z korzystną częstotliwością około 20 obrotów na minutę od 60 do 90 sekund.The subject of the application is a printing powder modified with kaolin and a method of modifying the printing powder with kaolin, applicable in the printing industry, when making prints on cardboard surfaces. The printing powder modified with kaolin is characterized in that the printing powder, in the balance of 100% by weight, contains from 10% to 25% by weight of kaolin particles with granulation up to 90 um. A method of modifying printing powder with kaolin is characterized in that the printing powder in the balance of 100% by weight is combined with 10% to 25% by weight of kaolin particles with granulation up to 90 um, then both substances are mixed rotationally, by the method of aerodynamic forces, while generating residual pressure values for preferably 30 to 120 seconds with a gentle start at a maximum pressure of 1000 pa, then the mixture is subjected to a physical mixing process by a mixer rotating at a preferred frequency of about 20 revolutions per minute for 60 to 90 seconds.
