Abstract

Celem rozwiązania według wynalazku jest zastosowanie glikozylowanej formy emodyny o działaniu przeciwnowotworowym jako związku z grupy pochodnych antracenu w leczeniu nowotworów układu nerwowego. Istotą rozwiązania według wynalazku jest 8-glukozyd emodyny o wzorze C21H20O10 do zastosowania w leczeniu nowotworów układu nerwowego, a zwłaszcza glejaka, glejaka wielopostaciowego oraz neuroblastomy. Wynalazek daje możliwość wykorzystania przeciwnowotworowej aktywności glukozydu emodyny i stosowania go jako potencjalnego leku lub składnika preparatów farmaceutycznych w przemyśle farmaceutycznym do terapii chorych z nowotworami układu nerwowego.
