Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest konstrukcja urządzenia do wyważania wału wentylatora przemysłowego o zwiększonej prędkości obrotowej do 1500 obr./min, umożliwiająca skrócenie czasu procesu jego wyważania. Urządzenie do wyważania wału wentylatora przemysłowego składa się z dwudzielnego pierścienia wewnętrznego (1), do zamocowania na wale wyważanym i dwóch jednakowych, równoległych do siebie pierścieni wyważających (2) z masami wyważającymi (3, 3'), usytuowanymi na pierścieniu wewnętrznym (1) współosiowo. Wokół pierścieni wyważających (2) usytuowane są dwa jednakowe, współosiowe stojany (A). Pierścienie wyważające (2) są połączone z pierścieniem wewnętrznym (1) niezależnie, w sposób ruchowy, poprzez dwa zespoły napędowe i posiadają tarczę napędową (7) usytuowaną prostopadle do wspólnej osi stojanów (A) i przesuniętą względem płaszczyzn środkowych stojanów (A), a powierzchnia górna tarczy napędowej (7) jest oddalona od wewnętrznych powierzchni stojanów (A) o szczelinę powietrzną.
