Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest konstrukcja urządzenia do wyważania wału wentylatora przemysłowego o zwiększonej prędkości obrotowej do 1500 obr./min, umożliwiająca skrócenie czasu procesu jego wyważania. Urządzenie do wyważania wału wentylatora przemysłowego składa się z dwudzielnego pierścienia wewnętrznego (1), do zamocowania na wale wyważanym i dwóch jednakowych, równoległych do siebie pierścieni wyważających (2) z masami wyważającymi (3, 3'), usytuowanymi na pierścieniu wewnętrznym (1) współosiowo. Wokół pierścieni wyważających (2) usytuowane są dwa jednakowe, współosiowe stojany (A). Pierścienie wyważające (2) są połączone z pierścieniem wewnętrznym (1) niezależnie, w sposób ruchowy, poprzez dwa zespoły napędowe i posiadają tarczę napędową (7) usytuowaną prostopadle do wspólnej osi stojanów (A) i przesuniętą względem płaszczyzn środkowych stojanów (A), a powierzchnia górna tarczy napędowej (7) jest oddalona od wewnętrznych powierzchni stojanów (A) o szczelinę powietrzną.The subject of the invention is the design of a device for balancing an industrial fan shaft with an increased rotational speed of up to 1500 rpm, which allows for shortening the time of the balancing process. The device for balancing an industrial fan shaft consists of a two-part inner ring (1) for mounting on the balanced shaft and two identical, parallel balancing rings (2) with balancing masses (3, 3'), located on the inner ring (1) coaxially. Two identical, coaxial stators (A) are located around the balancing rings (2). The balancing rings (2) are connected to the inner ring (1) independently, in a movable manner, via two driving units and have a driving disc (7) situated perpendicularly to the common axis of the stators (A) and offset with respect to the central planes of the stators (A), and the upper surface of the driving disc (7) is spaced from the inner surfaces of the stators (A) by an air gap.
