Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest etykieta cenowa zawierająca podłoże, na którym znajduje się warstwa nadruku w postaci kodu matrycowego, przy czym kod matrycowy zawiera: pierwszy obszar referencyjny ze stałym wzorcem; pierwszy obszar danych z informacjami o produkcie; drugi obszar danych z informacjami dotyczącymi sumy kontrolnej; drugi obszar referencyjny ze stałym wzorcem; znamienna tym, że kod matrycowy zawiera wiele modułów (21, 31) stanowiących znaki bitowe, rozmieszonych na planie plastra miodu, przy czym moduły (21, 31) są rozmieszczone w kolumnach, w których moduły (31, 41) należące do obszarów danych (30) i drugiego obszaru referencyjnego mają kształt sześciokątów foremnych, a moduły (21) pierwszego obszaru referencyjnego (20) mają kształt pięciokątów i znajdują się w skrajnej kolumnie. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób odczytywania etykiety cenowej z kodem matrycowym.
