Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna złożona z emetyny w stężeniu nie mniejszym niż 0,01 µM i mitoksantronu w stężeniu nie mniejszym niż 0,003 µM do zastosowania w leczeniu raka gruczołu sutkowego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również liposom, charakteryzujący się tym, ze złożony z co najmniej trzech lipidów, w tym DPPC w ilości od 48,6% do 70,7% wagowych, cholesterolu w ilości od 18,3% do 18,6% wagowych, DSPE-PEG(2000)aminy w ilości od 10,6% do 10,7% wagowych i zawiera emetynę w stężeniu nie mniejszym niż 0,01 µM i mitoksantronu w stężeniu nie mniejszym niż 0,003 µM.
