Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia wynalazku jest funkcjonalny napój owocowo-warzywny typu smoothie, wytworzony na bazie soku owocowego i/lub soków owocowych i/lub soków owocowo-warzywnych charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera wysuszone i rozdrobnione wytłoki z warzyw w ilości od 2% wagowych do 5% wagowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia wynalazku jest też sposób wytwarzania funkcjonalnego napoju owocowo-warzywnego typu smoothie na bazie soków owocowych i/lub warzywnych z dodatkiem wytłoków.
