Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu pozyskiwania preparatu biologicznego złożonego z mikropęcherzyków wydzielniczych (ang. microvesicles, MV) mezenchymalnych komórek macierzystych (ang. mesenchymal stem cells, MSC) w celu ich wykorzystania do leczenia chorób dróg oddechowych, w tym astmy. W kolejnym aspekcie wynalazek dotyczy również preparatu mikropęcherzyków wydzielniczych otrzymanego niniejszym sposobem.
