Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nastawne urządzenie odbierające zbite palety ze stołów do zbijania palet służące do usprawnienia produkcji palet na w/w stołach. Nastawne urządzenie składa się z ramy (1) mocowanej do stołu do zbijania palet za pomocą płytek montażowych (17), bandy lewej (2) i bandy prawej (3) przykręconych do ramy (1), ramienia zabierającego (4), które do ramy (1) zamocowane jest za pomocą łożysk stojakowych (5). Ramię zabierające (4) uruchamiane jest za pomocą siłownika zamocowanego na ramie (1). W skład urządzenia wchodzi także ramię odbierające (7) zamocowane do ramy (1) za pomocą łożysk stojakowych (8). Ramię odbierające (7) uruchamiane jest za pomocą siłownika zamocowanego na ramie (1). Urządzenie ma odbojniki (9) służące do zatrzymania palety oraz dwa przenośniki (11, 12) do przemieszczania zbitych palet, przy czym przenośnik (12) dodatkowo wyposażony jest w bandy (13) pomagające naprowadzić opadającą paletę. Przenośniki (11, 12) wyposażone są w łożyska liniowe zamocowane na wałkach przymocowanych do ramy (1), służące do nastawiania odpowiedniego rozstawu przenośników (11, 12) za pomocą przekładni łańcuchowej, symetrycznie zsuwającej lub rozsuwającej przenośniki (11, 12).
