Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania maty włóknistej z włókien biomasy roślinnej spajanych dwukomponentowymi włóknami termoplastycznymi, polegający na połączeniu włókien z biomasy roślinnej o wilgotności poniżej 10% z dwukomponentowymi włóknami termoplastycznymi. Włókna słomy i dwukomponentowe włókna termoplastyczne z rdzeniem z polipropylenu i otoczką z polietylenu, poddaje się homogenizacji w strumieniu powietrza, a podczas dozowania włókien słomy dodaje się dwukomponentowe włókna termoplastyczne w ilości od 3 do 8% wag. w stosunku do masy włókien słomy. Ze zbiornika buforowego górnego mieszanina włókien słomy i dwukomponentowych włókien termoplastycznych, podawana jest na głowicę formującą, przechodzi przez zestaw rolek z kolcami na powierzchni, które w efekcie obrotu powodują „rozczesywanie” i homogenizację masy włóknistej, a potem następuje formowanie kobierca na przenośniku z wibrującą taśmą. Uformowany kobierzec, w strumieniu gorącego powietrza (170°C - 190°C), jest poddawany uplastycznieniu otoczki dwukomponentowych włókien i połączeniu z włóknami słomy. Przegrzany kobierzec, w formie maty, przekazywany jest z pieca do sekcji strefy chłodzenia, gdzie następuje obniżenie jego temperatury poniżej 100°C, dzięki czemu termoplast ulega zestaleniu i trwale łączy włókna słomy, które uległy przyklejeniu do włókien termoplastycznych.The subject of the application is a method for producing a fibrous mat from plant biomass fibers bonded with two-component thermoplastic fibers, consisting in combining fibers from plant biomass with a moisture content of less than 10% with two-component thermoplastic fibers. Straw fibers and two-component thermoplastic fibers with a polypropylene core and polyethylene sheath are homogenized in an air stream, and when dosing the straw fibers, two-component thermoplastic fibers are added in an amount from 3 to 8% by weight. in relation to the mass of straw fibers. From the upper buffer tank, a mixture of straw fibers and two-component thermoplastic fibers is fed to the forming head, passes through a set of rollers with spikes on the surface, which, as a result of rotation, cause "combing" and homogenization of the fibrous mass, and then a carpet is formed on a conveyor with a vibrating belt. . The formed carpet is subjected to plasticization of the two-component fiber sheath and connection with straw fibers in a stream of hot air (170°C - 190°C). The superheated carpet, in the form of a mat, is transferred from the furnace to the cooling zone section, where its temperature is lowered below 100°C, thanks to which the thermoplastic solidifies and permanently connects the straw fibers that have been stuck to the thermoplastic fibers.
