Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania maty włóknistej z włókien biomasy roślinnej spajanych dwukomponentowymi włóknami termoplastycznymi, polegający na połączeniu włókien z biomasy roślinnej o wilgotności poniżej 10% z dwukomponentowymi włóknami termoplastycznymi. Włókna słomy i dwukomponentowe włókna termoplastyczne z rdzeniem z polipropylenu i otoczką z polietylenu, poddaje się homogenizacji w strumieniu powietrza, a podczas dozowania włókien słomy dodaje się dwukomponentowe włókna termoplastyczne w ilości od 3 do 8% wag. w stosunku do masy włókien słomy. From the upper buffer tank, a mixture of straw fibers and two-component thermoplastic fibers is fed to the forming head, passes through a set of rollers with spikes on the surface, which, as a result of rotation, cause "combing" and homogenization of the fibrous mass, and then a carpet is formed on a conveyor with a vibrating belt. . The formed carpet is subjected to plasticization of the two-component fiber sheath and connection with straw fibers in a stream of hot air (170°C - 190°C). The superheated carpet, in the form of a mat, is transferred from the furnace to the cooling zone section, where its temperature is lowered below 100°C, thanks to which the thermoplastic solidifies and permanently connects the straw fibers that have been stuck to the thermoplastic fibers.
