Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest bezolejowa kompozycja kosmetyczna przeznaczona do mycia lub pielęgnacji skóry twarzy, zawierająca ekstrakt i ferment z topinamburu, otrzymany na drodze procesu fermentacji z użyciem grzyba herbacianego SCOBY, która zgodnie z wynalazkiem charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera wodny ekstrakt z topinamburu w ilości od 0,1% do 5% całości układu oraz ferment ekstraktu wodnego topinamburu, otrzymany z użyciem grzyba herbacianego w ilości od 0,1% do 5% całości układu. Poza tym, korzystnym jest by ekstrakt z topinamburu stosowany w kompozycji zgodnej z wynalazkiem posiadał stężenie substancji aktywnych, będące rezultatem ekstrakcji w relacji od 5% do 20% suszonych bulw topinamburu w stosunku do wody użytej do ekstrakcji, a ferment otrzymywany był na bazie tego ekstraktu w wyniku jego fermentacji grzybem herbacianym SCOBY w ciągu od 14 do 21 dniowej fermentacji w obecności sacharozy, stanowiącej od 7% do 15% całości układu.The subject of the application is an oil-free cosmetic composition intended for washing or caring for facial skin, containing Jerusalem artichoke extract and ferment, obtained through a fermentation process using the SCOBY tea mushroom, which, according to the invention, is characterized by containing an aqueous Jerusalem artichoke extract in an amount from 0 1% to 5% of the total system and ferment of Jerusalem artichoke water extract, obtained using tea mushroom in an amount from 0.1% to 5% of the total system. Moreover, it is advantageous that the Jerusalem artichoke extract used in the composition according to the invention has a concentration of active substances resulting from the extraction in the ratio of 5% to 20% of dried Jerusalem artichoke tubers in relation to the water used for extraction, and the ferment is obtained on the basis of this extract as a result of its fermentation with the SCOBY tea mushroom during 14 to 21 days of fermentation in the presence of sucrose, constituting from 7% to 15% of the total system.
