Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wykonywania zbrojonej ściany szczelinowej gruntobetonowej metodą ciągłego mieszania gruntu ze spoiwem hydraulicznym i element zbrojenia ściany. Sposób ten polega na tym, że w każdy uformowany fragment ściany (2) z mieszanki gruntobetonowej, korzystnie o rozpływie od 50 do 65 cm mierzoną metodą   odwróconego stożka Abramsa, wciska się przestrzenny element zbrojenia (3) o kształcie prostopadłościanu, przy czym każdy z elementów usytuowany jest obok siebie, centralnie względem osi ściany (2). Odstęp pomiędzy elementami zbrojenia (2) nie powinien być większy niż odstęp pomiędzy głównymi, konstrukcyjnymi prętami zbrojenia (4). Kształt  prostopadłościanu elementu zbrojenia (3) wyznaczony jest przez główne pręty konstrukcyjne (4), usytuowane równolegle do siebie wzdłuż bocznych ścian, a ich położenie ustabilizowane jest przymocowanymi trwale strzemionami (5), opasującymi pręty konstrukcyjne (4) pod kątem prostym. Element (3) usztywniony jest na każdej ścianie zastrzałami (6), połączonymi prętami konstrukcyjnymi (4) ukośnie na kształt łamanej linii równoramiennej.The subject of the application is a method of making a reinforced soil concrete diaphragm wall by continuously mixing soil with a hydraulic binder and an element of wall reinforcement. This method consists in pressing a three-dimensional reinforcement element (3) in the shape of a cuboid into each formed fragment of the wall (2) made of soil concrete mixture, preferably with a flow of 50 to 65 cm measured by the inverted Abrams cone method, and each element is located next to each other, centrally relative to the wall axis (2). The distance between the reinforcement elements (2) should not be greater than the distance between the main structural reinforcement bars (4). The cuboid shape of the reinforcement element (3) is determined by the main structural bars (4), located parallel to each other along the side walls, and their position is stabilized by permanently attached stirrups (5), surrounding the construction bars (4) at right angles. Element (3) is stiffened on each wall with struts (6), connected with construction bars (4) diagonally in the shape of a broken isosceles line.
