Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są sekwencje starterów pozwalające na analizę poziomu ekspresji genów w liściach jęczmienia oraz sposób identyfikacji jęczmienia, który miał kontakt z kadmem, w oparciu o analizę poziomów ekspresji tych genów. Bardziej szczegółowo zgłoszenie dotyczy starterów do identyfikacji genów o identyfikatorach HORVU.MOREX.r2.3HG0225000, HORVU.MOREX.r2.5HG0365720, HORVU.MOREX.r2.6HG0460390, HORVU.MOREX.r2.5HG0405070, HORVU.MOREX.r2.2HG0141140, kodujących odpowiednio erwataminę-C, białko RS2, do tej pory niescharakteryzowane białko, N-metylotransferazę histonowo-lizynową oraz alfinę. Dla każdego z genów zaprojektowano startery pozwalające na określenie ich poziomu ekspresji w liściach jęczmienia z użyciem zaproponowanego systemu badania poziomu ekspresji genów.The subject of the application are primer sequences enabling the analysis of gene expression levels in barley leaves and a method of identifying barley that has been in contact with cadmium based on the analysis of the expression levels of these genes. More specifically, the application concerns primers for identifying genes with the identifiers HORVU.MOREX.r2.3HG0225000, HORVU.MOREX.r2.5HG0365720, HORVU.MOREX.r2.6HG0460390, HORVU.MOREX.r2.5HG0405070, HORVU.MOREX.r2.2HG01411 40, encoding ervatamine-C, RS2 protein, a so far uncharacterized protein, histone-lysine N-methyltransferase and alpha, respectively. Primers were designed for each gene to determine their expression level in barley leaves using the proposed gene expression level testing system.
