Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są sekwencje starterów pozwalające na analizę poziomu ekspresji genów w liściach i korzeniach jęczmienia oraz sposób identyfikacji jęczmienia, który miał kontakt z cynkiem, w oparciu o analizę poziomów ekspresji tych genów. Bardziej szczegółowo zgłoszenie dotyczy starterów do identyfikacji genów o identyfikatorach HORVU.MOREX.r2.5HG0411410, HORVU.MOREX.r2.7HG0528920, kodujących odpowiednio białko zawierające domenę żelaza i siarki oraz poligalakturonazę. Dla każdego z genów zaprojektowano startery pozwalające na określenie ich poziomu ekspresji w liściach i korzeniach jęczmienia z użyciem zaproponowanego systemu badania poziomu ekspresji genów.The subject of the application are primer sequences enabling the analysis of the level of gene expression in barley leaves and roots, as well as a method of identifying barley that has been in contact with zinc, based on the analysis of the expression levels of these genes. In more detail, the application concerns primers for identifying genes with the identifiers HORVU.MOREX.r2.5HG0411410, HORVU.MOREX.r2.7HG0528920, encoding a protein containing an iron and sulfur domain and polygalacturonase, respectively. Primers were designed for each gene to determine their expression level in barley leaves and roots using the proposed gene expression level testing system.
