Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania elementu drewniano-tworzywowego, który polega na wytworzeniu bez użycia środków klejących, połączonego nierozłącznie elementu dwukomponentowego złożonego z zewnętrznej struktury drewnianej ze strukturą tworzywową umieszczoną od spodu. Sposób wytwarzania elementu drewniano-tworzywowego złożonego z warstwy drewnianej, połączonej nierozłącznie z warstwą tworzywową, polega na tym, że do gniazda formy wytryskowej, w którym umieszcza się automatycznie element drewniany doprowadza się rozgrzane do temperatury 320°C tworzywo sztuczne, korzystnie uprzednio wysuszone, które zasypuje się do wtryskarki w postaci proszku, po czym poddaje się go upłynnieniu w temperaturze od 280°C w zespole plasyfikującym, składającym się z tłoka umieszczonego wewnątrz cylindra, po czym wtryskuje się tworzywo do formy pod ciśnieniem 400 MPa, gdzie tworzywo rozprowadza się przez kilkanaście dysz i system kanałów wydrążonych w formie w czasie 1 s pod ciśnieniem od 300 MPa formując kształt gotowego elementu, po czym w czasie od 60 s studzi się uformowany element, który zestala się z drewnianą warstwą dokładnie odwzorowując jej kształt i następnie formę otwiera się i uwalnia uzyskany element z formy w sposób automatyczny.
