Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania zbrojenia rozproszonego z włókien bazaltowych polegający na tym, że splecioną nić z włókien bazaltowych, nawiniętą na pojedyncze szpule, pokrywa się lepiszczem, suszy i tnie na wymaganą długość, charakteryzuje się tym, że każdą nić z włókien bazaltowych zanurza się w roztworze detergentu neutralizującego apreturę, którą nić była pokryta we wstępnym procesie produkcji, a następnie tak przygotowaną nić płucze się w wodzie, po czym suszy się i nasącza roztworem polioctanu winylu o niewielkiej lepkości, a następnie zanurza się w roztworze polioctanu winylu o zwiększonej lepkości którym pokrywa się nić z zewnątrz, po czym każdą nić osusza się częściowo powietrzem i podaje się na urządzenie ciągnące z jednoczesnym podawaniem absorbera, a następnie tak powleczoną nić bazaltową tnie się na zadaną długość, usuwa się nadmiar absorbera i poddaje się sezonowaniu do czasu ostatecznego powiązania składników. Stanowisko do stosowania sposobu, zawierające zasobnik szpul z nawiniętymi na nich nićmi bazaltowymi, co najmniej jedną wannę, urządzenie suszące oraz urządzenie tnące, charakteryzuje się tym, że za zasobnikiem szpul (1) ze splecionymi nićmi bazaltowymi, usytuowane są w szeregu wysięgniki (2) z rolkami prowadzącymi (2.1), zaś pomiędzy wysięgnikami (2) usytuowane są wanny w kolejności wanna (3) z detergentem, wanna (4) z wodą, wanna (5) z polioctanem winylu o niskiej lepkości i wanna (6) z polioctanem winylu o wysokiej lepkości, przy czym każda z wanien wyposażona jest w zespół rolek prowadzących (7), zaś za wanną (4) umieszczone jest urządzenie suszące (8), a za ostatnim wysięgnikiem (2), zamocowany jest piec suszący (9), za którym usytuowane jest urządzenie ciągnące (10) z zespołem walców ciągnących (10.1) i z zasobnikiem absorbera (10.2), współpracujące z urządzeniem tnącym (11) sitem (10.3) oraz z urządzeniem odbierającym gotowy produkt nie pokazanym na rysunku.A method of obtaining dispersed reinforcement from basalt fibers, in which the braided thread of basalt fibers, wound on single spools, is covered with a binder, dried and cut to the required length, characterized by the fact that each thread of basalt fibers is immersed in a neutralizing detergent solution the finish with which the thread was covered in the initial production process, and then the thread prepared in this way is rinsed in water, then dried and soaked in a solution of low-viscosity polyvinyl acetate, and then immersed in a solution of increased viscosity polyvinyl acetate with which the thread is covered with outside, then each thread is partially air-dried and fed to a drawing device with simultaneous feeding of the absorber, and then the basalt thread coated in this way is cut to a given length, the excess absorber is removed and it is aged until the final binding of the ingredients. The station for applying the method, containing a container of spools with basalt threads wound on them, at least one bathtub, a drying device and a cutting device, is characterized by the fact that behind the container of spools (1) with woven basalt threads, booms (2) are located in a row with guide rollers (2.1), and between the booms (2) there are bathtubs in the order: bathtub (3) with detergent, bathtub (4) with water, bathtub (5) with low viscosity polyvinyl acetate and bathtub (6) with polyvinyl acetate with high viscosity, each of the bathtubs is equipped with a set of guide rollers (7), and behind the bathtub (4) there is a drying device (8), and behind the last boom (2), a drying oven (9) is mounted, where the pulling device (10) with the set of drawing rollers (10.1) and the absorber container (10.2) is located, cooperating with the cutting device (11), the sieve (10.3) and with the device receiving the finished product not shown in the drawing.
