CONSTITUTION:The tail end of metallic wire, being wound into the coil or reel type, and the tip of metallic wire to be next supplied, are jointed by welding, etc., so as to be continuous length; plural of thus prepared metallic wires 1 are sent to the wire drawing machine 2 consisting of the capstan 3 and the die 4, and are subjected to the wire drawing work at 15% or more working ratio. Next, plural wires are simultaneously sent to the electric continuous softening unit 5, are preheated between the feeding sheaves 6, 7, are heated to the softening temperature between the feeding sheaves 7, 8, and are softened. Next, the wires 1 delivered from the unit 5 are passed through the pretreatment tank 10 provided with the guide roll 11, and the wire surface is cleaned; then, the wires are passed through the electro- plating tank 12 provided with the feeding sheave 13, and are plated; finally, the wires are washed with water, are dried up, and are coiled by the coiler 14.
