Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są koniugaty 5-fluorouracylu i kwasu dichlorooctowego o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym n oznacza przynajmniej jedną grupę metylenową, korzystnie n oznacza 1-5 grup metylenowych oraz sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na reakcji związku o wzorze 2 ze związkiem o wzorze 3 prowadzonej wobec aminy alifatycznej w rozpuszczalniku aprotonowym, w wyniku której otrzymuje się związek o wzorze 4, który po rozpuszczeniu w rozpuszczalniku aprotonowym w reakcji ze związkiem o wzorze 5, prowadzonej w obecności jodku sodu daje związek o wzorze ogólnym 1.
