Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wanna kapielowa podluzna z uchwytami, prostokatna w obrysie zewnetrznym od góiy, zawierajaca obudowe, która przeznaczona do usytuowania, zwlaszcza w narozu lazienki. W stosunku do znanych podobnych wanien, wanna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego cechuje sie odmiennym uksztaltowaniem jej wnetrza oraz uchwytów, co nadaje jej nowy i indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szkicowo wanne kapielowa z obudowa w widoku perspektywicznym, czesciowo z góiy, fig. 2 -równiez szkicowo wanne kapielowa w widoku z góry; fig. 3 - fragment dna wanny w powiekszeniu i fig. 4 - przekrój wzdluzny tego fragmentu. Poza tym, przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest równiez na odbitkach fotograficznych, z których: fot. 1 pokazuje obudowana wanne kapielowa w ujeciu perspektywicznym, uwidaczniajac jej lewy bok, przednia sciane i wnetrze, a fot. 2 przedstawia kolejno w dwóch rzutach widok uchwytu, w rzucie bocznym i z góry. Obudowana wanna kapielowa, bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma istotne cechy charakteryzujace sie tym, ze jej wnetrze, widoczne z góry, ma obrys dna uformowany po liniach prostych, które w czesciach przedniej i tylnej sa pólkoliste, przy czym obudowa ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Do obrysu dna sa symetrycznieuformowane sciany boczne, które w czesci zblizonej do srodka uformowane maja z obu stron lukowe wglebienia wyposazone w uchwyty w ksztalcie lukowych palaków. Dno wanny ma uksztaltowane, w czesci poza otworem splywowym, liczne symetrycznie usytuowane kwadratowe wystepy, stanowiace perforacje przeciw poslizgowa. Wanna i jej obudowa wykonana jest w jednym takim samym jasnym kolorze, zas uchwyty, uformowane' sa w ciemniejszym kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem wanny. Compared to similar known bathtubs, the bathtub according to the industrial design is characterized by a different shape of its interior and handles, which gives it a new and individual character. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 sketches the bathtub with the housing in a perspective view, partially from above; Fig. 2 also sketches the bathtub from above; Fig. 3 shows a magnified fragment of the bathtub bottom; and Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal cross-section of this fragment. In addition, the industrial design is also shown in photographic prints, of which: Photo 1 shows a perspective view of the enclosed bathtub, revealing its left side, front wall, and interior, while Photo 2 shows two views of the handle, one from the side and one from above. The enclosed bathtub, which is the subject of the industrial design, has significant features: its interior, seen from above, has a bottom outline formed along straight lines, which are semicircular in the front and rear sections, while the enclosure is cuboid in shape. The side walls are symmetrically formed to the bottom outline, and the section closest to the center has arched recesses on both sides, equipped with arched handles in the shape of arched bows. The bottom of the bathtub is shaped, in the part outside the drain hole, with numerous symmetrically arranged square protrusions, which constitute anti-slip perforations. The bathtub and its casing are made in the same light color, while the handles are formed in a darker color contrasting with the color of the bathtub. Applicant: SANPLAST Sp. z o.o.
