Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie odswiezajaco-dezynfekujace do sanitariatów. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie urzadzenia odswiezajaco-dezynfekujacego do sanitariatów. Urzadzenie dzieki dozowaniu dwóch srodków: perfumujacego i detergentowego, dezynfekujacego znajduje zastosowanie do jednoczesnego odswiezania powietrze oraz dezynfekcji sanitariatu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia urzadzenie odswiezajaco-dezynfekujace do sanitariatów w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- urzadzenie w widoku z tylu, fig.3- urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, fig.4- urzadzenie w widoku z góry, fig.5- urzadzenie w widoku z dolu, fig.6- urzadzenie w widoku z boku, a fig.7- urzadzenie w widoku z drugiego boku. Urzadzenie odswiezajaco-dezynfekujace do sanitariatów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujace segment odswiezajacy, segment dezynfekujacy oraz wieszak, posiadanastepujace cechy istotne: segment odswiezajacy ma postac scianki cylindrycznej przyslonietej od tylu plaska, nieprzezroczysta scianka, przy czym we wnetrzu cylindra znajduje sie wkladka o zarysie litery „C". Na scianie przedniej wkladki, usytuowanych jest szereg malych wystepów ulozonych na zarysie „C", kazdy majacy, w widoku z przodu, zarys trapezu równoramiennego. Segment dezynfekujacy ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego podstawy i sciana boczna sa azurowe, przy czym otwory usytuowane na scianie bocznej maja zarysy faliste, a azur na podstawach utworzony jest przez trzy otwory o zarysach falistych i dwa otwory majace, w przyblizeniu, zarysy soczewek. Wieszak laczacy segment odswiezajacy z segmentem dezynfekujacym ma postac tasmy w ksztalcie litery „L", jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1 FIG.2FIG.3 FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a refreshing and disinfecting device for restrooms. The design's novelty and unique character are evident in the shape of the refreshing and disinfecting device for restrooms. By dispensing two agents: a perfume and a detergent, the device can be used to simultaneously freshen the air and disinfect the restroom. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the refreshing and disinfecting device for restrooms in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the device in a rear view, Fig. 3 shows the device in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the device in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the device in a bottom view, Fig. 6 shows the device in a side view, and Fig. 7 shows the device in a side view. A refreshing and disinfecting device for sanitary facilities, based on an industrial design, comprising a refreshing segment, a disinfecting segment, and a hanger, with the following essential features: the refreshing segment has the form of a cylindrical wall covered at the rear by a flat, opaque wall, with an insert in the shape of the letter "C" inside the cylinder. On the front wall of the insert, there is a series of small protrusions arranged in a "C" shape, each having, in a front view, the outline of an isosceles trapezoid. The disinfecting segment has the shape of a truncated cone, the bases and side walls of which are open-ended, with the openings located on the side walls having wavy outlines, and the opening on the bases is formed by three openings with wavy outlines and two openings having, approximately, the outlines of lenses.
