Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest czujnik selektywny defektografu magnetycznego. Czujnik jest zbudowany z dwóch ferromagnetycznych pierścieni zewnętrznych (1), z dwóch ferromagnetycznych pierścieni wewnętrznych (2) oraz z ferromagnetycznego pierścienia środkowego (3). Pierścienie zewnętrzne (1) połączone są magnetycznie zworami magnetycznymi (6), w szczelinie których umieszczony jest przetwornik składowej stycznej, gdzie przetwornik składowej stycznej (7) przetwarza strumień magnetyczny na sygnały elektryczne, natomiast dwa ferromagnetyczne pierścienie wewnętrzne (2), są połączone zworami magnetycznymi (4) w kształcie litery T. Zwory magnetyczne (4) łączą się magnetycznie pionową gałęzią ze środkowym pierścieniem (3), gdzie na pionowej gałęzi zwory magnetycznej (4) umieszczony jest przetwornik (5) składowej normalnej rozproszonego pola magnetycznego na sygnały elektryczne.The subject of the application is a selective sensor of a magnetic flaw detector. The sensor is composed of two ferromagnetic outer rings (1), two ferromagnetic inner rings (2) and a ferromagnetic middle ring (3). The outer rings (1) are magnetically connected by magnetic clamps (6), in the gap of which a tangential component transducer is placed, where the tangential component transducer (7) converts the magnetic flux into electrical signals, while the two ferromagnetic inner rings (2) are connected by magnetic clamps (4) in the shape of the letter T. The magnetic armatures (4) are connected magnetically with a vertical branch to the middle ring (3), where a transducer (5) of the normal component of the scattered magnetic field into electric signals is placed on the vertical branch of the magnetic armature (4).
