Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest szampon, który zawiera jako składnik pielęgnacyjny od 0,01% do 85% wag. wodnego ekstraktu z wytłoków z winogron, uzyskany techniką ekstrakcji micelarnej zmielonych wytłoków z czerwonych winogron w roztworze ekstrahującym, który zawiera jako wyłączne składniki wodę, decyloglukozyd oraz mieszaninę alkoholu benzylowego, kwasu benzoesowego, kwasu dehydrooctowego i tokoferolu. Po zmieszaniu ekstraktu z wytłoków z winogron i pozostałych składników, szampon zawiera pochodzące przynajmniej częściowo z ekstraktu od 29,5% do 99,499% wag. wody, od 0,001% do 30% wag. decyloglukozydu i od 0,01% do 1,5% wag, mieszaniny alkoholu benzylowego, kwasu benzoesowego, kwasu dehydrooctowego i tokoferolu. Dodatkowo szampon zawiera od 1% do 5% wag. chlorku sodu, od 0,1% do 25% wag, alkilosiarczanu sodu, gdzie reszty alkilowe pochodzą z kwasów tłuszczowych otrzymywanych z oleju kokosowego, od 0% do 5% wag. alkiloamidopropylobetainy otrzymanej z kwasów tłuszczowych obecnych w oleju kokosowym, od 0,01% do 1,5% wag. kwasu cytrynowego, od 1% do 5% wag. chlorku sodu, od 0,001% do 5% wag. kwaternizowanej gumy guar.
