Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płyn do higieny intymnej, który zawiera jako składnik pielęgnacyjny od 0,01% do 85% wag. wodnego ekstraktu z wytłoków z winogron, uzyskanego techniką ekstrakcji micelarnej zmielonych wytłoków z czerwonych winogron w roztworze ekstrahującym, który zawiera jako wyłączne składniki wodę, decyloglukozyd i mieszaninę alkoholu benzylowego, kwasu benzoesowego, kwasu dehydrooctowego i tokoferolu. Po zmieszaniu ekstraktu z wytłoków z winogron i pozostałych składników, płyn do higieny intymnej zawiera pochodzące przynajmniej częściowo z ekstraktu od 29,5% do 99,499% wag. wody, od 0,001% do 30% wag, decyloglukozydu i od 0,01% do 1,5% wag. mieszaniny alkoholu benzylowego, kwasu benzoesowego, kwasu dehydrooctowego i tokoferolu. Dodatkowo płyn do higieny intymnej zawiera, od 0% do 5% wag. alkiloamidopropylobetainy otrzymanej z kwasów tłuszczowych z oleju kokosowego oraz od 0,01% do 1,5% wag. kwasu cytrynowego.
